Dr. Smoak received her doctor of optometry at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, before completing her residency in ocular disease here at Southern Eye Associates. She has participated in many lectures and research studies in the area of ocular disease and continues to expand her expertise in eye care.
